Richard Max
Richard is a well-known expert in his field and decided to set up his own specialist practice in May 2003.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and was head of planning at both D J Freeman and Olswang. He previously worked at Macfarlanes, where he qualified, and then as planning solicitor to Oxford City Council.
Richard is a leading solicitor advocate in the planning field and regularly appears at public inquiries on behalf of his clients.
Professional activities include membership of the Law Society's Planning Panel. He is also a member of the Court of the City of London Solicitors' Company.
Richard is a keen skier. He commutes to work by bicycle every day. His interests include driving a 1977 convertible VW Beetle and collecting mechanical one-armed bandits.
